Main tasks:

• Leadership: Lead the stream for Manufacturing Execution within the organization 
  
• Project Management: Drive Supply Chain projects and act as the key interface between business, global functions, and IT
  
• Improvement Focus: Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement areas in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  
• Support: Actively support the Supply Chain team in driving key initiatives and achieving strategic objectives
  
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply Chain and related functions, including engagement with Site Leadership
  
• Change Management: Ensure structured and effective change management within Supply Chain and adjacent areas
  
• Communication: Provide transparent, timely updates on transformation progress to all relevant stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• Expertise: Strong background in manufacturing and supply chain with deep knowledge of SAP ERP (PP and MM); experience with OMP, SAP EWM, SAP S/4, or MES interfaces is a significant plus
  
• Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or a scientific/technical discipline
  
• Collaboration: Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with production, quality, logistics, and other key functions
  
• Solution Orientation: Demonstrated experience in driving results through change management and problem-solving
  
• Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage complex and dynamic environments
  
• Interpersonal Skills: High social competence and the ability to effectively interact across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
  
• Independence: Strong leadership qualities and an independent working style with minimal need for supervision
  
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage
