Main tasks:

• Support the development and continuous improvement of a high-performing finance organization.
• Contribute to the design and execution of a finance digitalization strategy, helping drive the transition toward a data-driven finance function.
• Coordinate and support SAP S/4HANA-related initiatives within the finance landscape.
• Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of finance-related systems and tools, including reporting, planning, analytics, and performance management solutions.
• Identify, assess, and evaluate innovative technologies and digital solutions, including AI-driven use cases, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive strategic finance initiatives and take ownership of dedicated transformation workstreams.
• Conduct business analyses and develop management-ready recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level documentation for senior stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and sustainable business outcomes.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in finance transformation, finance excellence, FP&A, controlling, consulting, or a comparable environment.
• Experience implementing or optimizing finance-related systems, reporting solutions, planning tools, or performance management platforms.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA environments; experience in ERP transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, data-driven finance processes, and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Proven project management skills and experience working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations and executive-level communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented working style.
• Fluent English skills; German is considered an advantage.
