Main tasks:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance transformation projects (S/4HANA Finance, Group Reporting)
• Drive business analysis, solution design, and implementation across Finance and IT
• Own project governance: planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision-making
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions together with functional and technical teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term finance strategy
• Manage testing, implementation, and business sign-off
• Support stakeholders through transformation and drive adoption
• Identify optimization potential across finance processes and SAP systems

Your qualifications:

• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP Finance projects
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, and ideally Group Reporting or consolidation
• Solid understanding of finance processes (accounting, controlling, reporting, consolidation)
• Experience working in financial services (banking environment strongly preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery models
• Fluent English required; German is a strong plus
