Main tasks:

• Lead the operational ERP/SAP environment, including resource planning, budgeting, and service delivery
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and continuous enhancement of SAP solutions aligned with business requirements
• Ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of SAP modules, including SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, and PM
• Lead and develop a high-performing ERP/SAP team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP initiatives and transformation projects
• Promote innovation, governance, and best practices across the SAP application landscape

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in SAP ERP environments, including leadership responsibility
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and core modules such as FI/CO, MM, and PM
• Experience delivering SAP implementation, optimization, or transformation projects
• Knowledge of SAP security, governance, and compliance standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English; SAP certifications or consulting experience are an advantage
