Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microbiologist who specialises in the production of micro-organisms to join our team. RealIPM is a leading company dedicated to the development and production of sustainable agricultural products is looking for a Microbiologist. RealIPM specialises in biological pest control solutions and aim to enhance agricultural productivity through innovative microbiological technologies.The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in microbiology, with a focus on producing Rhizobium spp. and Bacillus spp. products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our research and production team, contributing to the development and optimisation of microbial products for agricultural use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise production processes for micro-organisms, specifically Rhizobium spp. and Bacillus spp.
- Perform routine microbiological techniques including culturing, staining, microscopy, PCR, DNA sequencing, and bioinformatics analysis.
- Design and execute experiments to test and improve the efficacy of microbial products.
- Ensure accurate documentation of experimental protocols, results, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate microbiological insights into product development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in microbiology and related fields.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microbial production.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to scientific papers, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in microbiology, particularly in a similar industry or research setting.
