We are seeking a Stores Supervisor to overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, materials, and equipment. This role ensures efficient inventory management, maintains accurate records, and supports the smooth operation of the stores department.

Role Requirement: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a stores or inventory management role.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Maintain a well-organised store with clearly marked stock to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
  • Supervise the stores' receiving and dispatch process, ensuring timely completion of all necessary procedures.
  • Ensure all goods received are inspected, documented, and stored properly in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies and losses.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments to ensure stock availability as per operational requirements.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in inventory control, storage, and stock rotation.
  • Identify and resolve inventory-related issues to minimise delays and disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements within the store.
  • Train and supervise store personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
