SOUS CHEF
Your responsibilities:
- Training and checking standards in food production and preparation
- Assisting the Executive Chef in creating a menu and other daily duties
- Following HACCP requirements and company standards
- Control of compliance with the menu of all meals specified in the standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and buffet area
- Managing the food inventory
- Management of the kitchen staff
- Food cost control
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a chef
- Professional experience in the same position at sea, river, or on land in a four-star area
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- HACCP and recipe knowledge
- A team player, reliable, flexible, and resilient
