PASTRY CHEF
Task/Responsibilities:
- Preparing desserts in accordance with the menu cycle
- Responsible for hygiene in the galley in accordance with HACCP regulations
- Actively supporting and assisting the culinary and restaurant team
- Any other duties advised by the Executive Chef/Hotel Manager
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in the same field
- Customer service driven
- Punctual and well-organized person
- A collaborative working style, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take proper decisions and action whenever any difficult situation arises
- Fluent command of English
