PASTRY CHEF

Task/Responsibilities:

  • Preparing desserts in accordance with the menu cycle
  • Responsible for hygiene in the galley in accordance with HACCP regulations
  • Actively supporting and assisting the culinary and restaurant team
  • Any other duties advised by the Executive Chef/Hotel Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous working experience in the same field
  • Customer service driven
  • Punctual and well-organized person
  • A collaborative working style, strong leadership skills, and the ability to take proper decisions and action whenever any difficult situation arises
  • Fluent command of English
