CHEF DE RANG

Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and providing courteous service
• Responsible for the table setup
• Being aware of the guest's specific needs and dietary
• Requirements and recommending suitable alternatives
• Serving food and beverage items according to the standards and procedures
• Personal grooming and appearance standards are met regarding cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
• Have a good knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, and HACCP
• Carry out any other duties as required by management

Your profile:

• Fluency in the German language
• Experience in hotels or restaurants
• Excellent customer service skills
