Your task:

  • To assist and enable team members under your control to consistently achieve product and service delivery standards and ensure a high degree of client care. 
  • Create an experience for our The Crown Club clients that reflects Crown's values.
  • Recommend and implement procedural changes to the General Manager.
  • Monitor opening and closing procedures and conduct training as needed.
  • Develop and implement formal training plans for team members.
  • Focus on the restaurant area during service hours.
  • Ensure efficient administration to meet internal requirements.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and control operating costs.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
