About the Opportunity

Fellows Hawaii is hiring on behalf of an established international logistics company with a long-standing presence in Hawaii. This is a direct-hire, full-time position with a stable employer, a strong benefits package, and a small, close-knit local team.

What You'll Do

Your day is split between local deliveries and warehouse work. Most deliveries are commercial freight, much of it apparel, going to retail stores in Waikiki and around Oahu. A busy day usually means 5–6 stops.

When you're not on the road, you'll keep the warehouse running smoothly: receiving and organizing freight, keeping an eye on inventory, reordering supplies, and making sure equipment and vehicles are in good shape.

The company also handles moves. On those jobs, you'll work alongside outside moving crews, direct the work on-site, and pitch in with packing, loading, and unloading.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Freight

• Drive company vans and light-duty trucks for local deliveries and pickups
• Deliver apparel and other commercial freight to retail and business customers
• Load, unload, and secure freight safely
• Represent the company professionally with customers

Warehouse & Inventory

• Receive, sort, store, and stage incoming and outgoing freight
• Pack commercial freight and household goods
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Track inventory and reorder packing materials and supplies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Report vehicle and equipment maintenance needs

Moving Jobs

• Coordinate with outside moving crews and contractors
• Direct crews on-site and keep the job on schedule
• Make sure customer property is handled with care
• Help with packing, loading, and unloading as needed

General

• Keep basic records and reports up to date
• Use email and basic computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in warehousing, freight handling, delivery, or logistics
• Hands-on experience loading and unloading freight
• Forklift experience
• Valid Hawaii driver's license (Class C) and a clean driving record
• Able to lift up to 44 lbs. (20 kg) regularly and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Basic computer skills
• Available for overtime when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent

Note: This role requires freight-handling experience. Rideshare, shuttle, or tour driving experience on its own does not meet the requirements.

Nice to Have

• Forklift certification
• Freight forwarding or distribution experience
• Experience in moving or commercial delivery
• Experience leading a crew or coordinating job sites

Pay & Schedule

• $24.00/hour to start
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime paid when worked
• Free on-site parking
