Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Customer Communication Specialist to join our team full-time. This role will be responsible for managing all digital communication with our customers, including email, social media, and website interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all digital communication channels, including email, social media, and website interactions
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to engage with potential and existing customers
- Monitor online reviews and respond accordingly to maintain a positive brand image
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns
- Track and analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or customer communication
