Our client provides Pre-Press, Engineering and Imaging services to the printing and packaging
industries. Specialising with Gravure and Flexographic imaging and utilising brand management
solutions to manage the process from creative to print.
In the desktop support engineer role, you will work with a variety of users and display a friendly
attitude in providing support. A key element in this role is having in-depth knowledge of computer
systems and common issues to promptly address all user concerns. Success in this role is
demonstrated by providing clear technical support, managing the ticket queue and escalating
tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support: log and manage the ticket queues and escalating tickets when necessary
2. Communication: providing clear, friendly communication to all internal customers
3. Environment: support staff across PC & MAC desktop environments
4. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in supporting end users
