We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join this growing global software business and play a part in their continued success. The company have lead the way for 30+ years and now develop Enterprise Resource Planning Software products and are responsible for increased efficiencies in the operations of packaging and print industries. With firm footings across the globe they are a market leader and continuing to grow their business with several key appointments in the region.

Position Overview:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will spearhead the commercial and operational relationships with all partners within your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on partner relationship management, driving growth, and expanding their market presence through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with partners, ensuring their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the APC Regional Director on partner commercials, profitability, and contract negotiations.
  • Foster partner retention and facilitate portfolio growth.
  • Expand partnerships into new territories, delivering a pipeline of new business through existing and new partners.
  • Work with Channel Marketing to develop marketing and training materials to support partner sales.
  • Ensure smooth on-boarding experiences for new partners.
  • Conduct engaging sales training sessions in collaboration with Technical Sales Specialists to bolster partner relationships and generate new pipelines.

Main Objectives:

  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners, positioning their Graphic Arts software tools as an industry leader.
  • Develop and expand the partnership portfolio, managing expansion into new territories and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Drive and manage the pipeline of new business, collaborating closely with partners and their sales teams.
  • Capture partner leads effectively and provide real-time visibility in their CRM platform.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration to meet and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Channel Sales to Print, Packaging and Graphic Arts customers.
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially astute, and growth-minded.
  • Ability to devise strategies and tactics to help partners succeed.
  • Confident, diligent, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Highly dynamic and motivated with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in leveraging relations and knowledge of partners.
  • Passionate about partnerships with at least 5 years of experience in managing partner networks and business development.
  • Persistent, driven, and analytical with the ability to draw insights and present data effectively.
  • Self-starting and thrive on ownership and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in additional languages across ASEAN.
  • Experience in the Graphic Arts/printing industry.
  • BA or MBA qualification.
