  • Strategic Leadership: Driving the strategic direction, decision-making, and overall management of the business's publications.

  • Digital Transformation: Leading and contributing to the business's significant Digital Transformation Program, ensuring our publications remain at the forefront of digital delivery.

  • Content Excellence: Overseeing research & development, quality assurance, content strategy, and digital production.

  • Collaboration & Innovation: Fostering collaborative relationships, driving innovation, and growing our impact through strategic initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing editorial and production teams.

  • Develop and implement innovative content strategies that meet the evolving needs of our target audiences.

  • Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality production of all the business's publications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our digital publishing processes.

  • Champion change management, ensuring smooth transitions and strong team engagement.

  • Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of the organisation.

We're Looking For a Leader Who:

  • Has proven experience in a senior publishing role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sectors.

  • Possesses strong leadership skills and a track record of developing and motivating teams.

  • Has a deep understanding of content strategy, editorial processes, and digital publishing trends.

  • Is adept at interpreting customer insights and market trends to inform content strategies.

  • Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Has strong project management abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality publications on time and within budget.

  • Understands the regulatory and ethical considerations in medical and pharmaceutical publishing.
