About the role:
This is a multi-faceted role which will suit somebody who has a strong history in product and project management technology sphere, business analysis, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. With great progression, career development opportunities and the chance to work with the latest digital technology, this role will be responsible for the following:
- Execute a planned approach to establish relationships, and manage enterprise partners,
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions and/or projects as required,
- Coordinate the delivery of projects to agreed scope, costs and timeframes, ensuring relevant stakeholders are a critical part of the process and implementation,
- Coordinate with and project manage the development team and other key stakeholders in the delivery of software products,
- Model and compile functional and non-functional specifications,
- Responsible for as is and to be documentation to articulate the value add of changes,
- Documenting the project requirements, process maps, and design documents,
What you need:
- Strong project planning, scheduling, project coordination and risk management skills and an ability to coordinate project team members in multiple locations & time zones,
- The ability to work collaboratively with external vendors and partners in driving successful outcomes,
- Prioritisation skills across multiple projects to ensure that prioritisation conflict is effectively resolved.
- Must be currently based in Australia with unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English,
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyse/identify opportunities for improvement and makes suggestions for change,
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including an ability to influence stakeholders
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
