Synchronise has partnered with a independent Media Agency to find a Senior Account Director to help design and oversee media and advertising campaigns across a range of different clients. This Agency have recently been voted amongst the top 5 media agencies in Australia to work and offer a 90:10 approach to work and self-development, practically meaning 1 day per fortnight for permanent employees to pursue your passions to better yourself as a person.

What you will be doing

• Translate brand and marketing strategy into channel plans
• Lead the integration and optimisation of the content and platform approach for brand activity
• Leverage channel plans to deliver on key client KPIs
• Identify and develop new media approaches to enhance the performance of clients campaigns.
• Create weekly/monthly insights for reporting and insight development
• Manage and co-ordinate work flow across the client portfolio

What you need:

• You will possess at least 8 years experience, working within investment or planning in an agency, media vendor or similar organisation.
• You are outgoing and have proven ability to foster strong client relationships
• You are comfortable coordinating and leveraging individual departments to deliver the best possible client outcome
• You have a strong attention to detail and are comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and change is the only constant.
• A senior role in the Planning team, you are a team player and want others to succeed to help deliver a strong and united team. The ability to build and maintaining strong relationships with your team, clients and media vendors is essential.
• You have excellent knowledge of analytics tools and campaign evaluation metrics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
