Job Description:

Synchonise Resourcing Solutions is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team in SE Suburbs, VIC.

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to our customers. The Service Delivery Manager will ensure that all services meet customer expectations, are delivered on time, and are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction with IT services

• Manage the delivery of IT services to customers, ensuring that all services meet customer expectations

• Monitor service performance and ensure that services are delivered on time and to the highest quality

• Establish and maintain service level agreements with customers

• Develop and implement service improvement plans

• Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action as necessary

• Manage the delivery of ITIL processes, including incident management, problem management, and change management

• Develop and maintain ITIL process documentation

• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices

• Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs

• Identify and document risks associated with IT services

• Manage the budget for IT services

• Develop and maintain reports on service performance

• Provide IT service training to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 5+ years of experience managing IT service delivery

• Experience with ITIL processes and best practices

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Knowledge of IT service management tools and software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
