About the role
You will join a fast growing team responsible for Bangkok's exclusive new homes and investment portfolio. You will support agents, affiliate partners, direct buyers, and developers. You will help drive clear communication, strong conversions, and a smooth sales process from enquiry to closing.
Position summary
You will work from the FazWaz head office in Asoke and attend project sites for viewings, presentations, and developer activity. This is a client facing role that combines sales, coordination, and on site support.
Key responsibilities:
Sales and client coordination
- Respond to enquiries, qualify leads, and manage follow ups through to closing.
- Run guided tours and project presentations on site.
- Handle calls, messages, and meetings with speed and professionalism.
- Support campaign events and launch activities
Agent coordination
- Act as the main contact for FazWaz agents and affiliate partners.
- Share updates on availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Track performance and help agents improve conversions.
Developer coordination
- Work directly with developers on sales activity and promotions.
- Update developers on leads, sales progress, and market feedback.
- Coordinate site logistics and developer driven events.
Sales administration
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Track sales pipelines and prepare reports.
- Support proposal preparation, agreements, and required documents.
Social media management
- Manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and Line.
- Respond to comments and enquiries quickly and consistently.
- Work with marketing to promote campaigns and new listings.
- Capture behind the scenes content, client visits, and site updates.
Requirements
- Thai national with strong English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a client facing a sales role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage many stakeholders.
- Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Professional, detail focused, and self driven.
- Experience with Bangkok agents or developers is an advantage.
Working hours
- Five day work week with flexibility for weekend appointments.
- 9.00 to 18.00.
- Base office, FazWaz Head Office Asoke with site visits as needed.
