The Marketing Campaign Specialist will play a key role in managing end-to-end project marketing campaigns at FazWaz. This includes shaping the marketing strategy, driving execution across digital channels, and delivering insightful reporting to measure success. The role requires a balance of analytical thinking and creative content development, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and property trends in Thailand.
As a core member of the marketing team, you will work closely with sales, creative, and account managers, to ensure campaigns are driving positive marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Marketing & Strategy (40%)
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned property projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and developers to create go-to-market campaigns.
- Align campaigns with project goals, target audience insights, and market positioning.
Content & Consumer Marketing (40%)
- Develop creative content ideas, such as social media, brochures, landing pages, email newsletters and storytelling that resonate with Thai property buyers.
- Monitor market trends and adapt messaging to consumer behavior.
Digital Marketing Execution (20%)
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta.
- Track key KPIs (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Identify new opportunities and trends to improve campaign performance.
