Job Description

As our first dedicated salesperson, youll build the entire sales process from the ground up from prospecting to closing deals. Both of our founders are highly involved in the sales process, and youll work hand in hand with the CRO to shape our sales strategy and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Own Sales Process: Create and refine strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Drive New Business: Engage key decision-makers in mid-market tech companies that have a need for a better way to manage their integrations
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with our founders to iterate on our sales strategy.
  • Travel: Expect 25%-50% travel for meetings, industry events, and client engagements.
  • Tooling: Select and onboard tooling to assist in pipeline generation, management and prospect engagement
  • Networking & Events: Attend select commerce-related and CTO-focused industry events and meet ups to generate leads and foster long term prospect relationships

Who you are

  • A proven early-stage seller with startup experience.

  • Experienced in SaaS or iPaaS sales, especially selling to Engineering teams in Mid-market tech companies

  • Experience with app integration, data automation, or AI applications is a plus

  • A self-starter with a strong track record of building pipelines and closing deals.

  • An excellent communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Posses the ability to perform in a start-up environment with limited resources (i.e no current SDR team or established marketing org)
