Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze data and user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.
- Develop visually engaging and consistent designs for digital interfaces.
- Design interactive elements for seamless user experiences, ensuring consistency across features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and refine based on feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software, art design, or related fields (background in finance is a plus).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- More than 3 years of UI design experience with strong aesthetic capabilities and creative concepts.
- Proficient in Figma, Axure, Mastergo, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
