UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop visually engaging and consistent designs for digital interfaces.
• Design interactive elements for seamless user experiences, ensuring consistency across features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs.
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and refine based on feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, software, art design, or related fields (background in finance is a plus).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• More than 3 years of UI design experience with strong aesthetic capabilities and creative concepts.
• Proficient in Figma, Axure, Mastergo, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
