Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders using Power BI.
• Continuously improve data visualization and reporting capabilities with Microsoft Suite tools.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and create tailored, user-friendly reports.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to enhance efficiency and ensure data integrity.
• Mentor less experienced team members to strengthen the teams data analysis capabilities.
• Provide consultancy to customers for their reporting and data visualization needs.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the companys data capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role at a single employer.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data manipulation languages.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An eye for design, ensuring data visualizations are both insightful and user-friendly.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience working with large, disparate datasets.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven projects with a positive business impact.
• Microsoft Certification is a bonus.
