We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting and Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience and a commitment to accuracy. This role will support our accounting and administrative team in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and general ledger entries.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end close processes.
  • Perform office administrative tasks, such as filing and documentation.
  • Conduct visits to banks for transactions and other local travels as needed such as Hong Kong government departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Experiences in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
