Digital UI/UX Designer

Our client, a leading player in the rapidly evolving FinTech sector, is seeking an experienced Digital UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital products, leveraging the latest Web3.0 technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design seamless user experiences that enhance innovative financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, business teams, and stakeholders to create user-centered solutions.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements, working closely with project managers, product managers, and engineers.
• Translate product vision into actionable designs using research, sketching, prototyping, user testing, and iteration.
• Design interface elements (UI) following design guidelines to enhance product usage.
• Clearly communicate design ideas and research findings to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wireframing, user flows, and interaction design.
• Strong understanding of current UI design practices and user experience principles.
• Prior experience in designing for the FinTech or banking industry is highly advantageous.
