As the Integrated Advertising and SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing holistic digital marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and analytical thinking to drive results across paid advertising campaigns and organic search channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft cohesive marketing initiatives that align with our clients' business goals.
Responsibilities
- Integrated Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/ Instagram), LinkedIn, Tiktok, XiaoHongShu, WeChat, etc. Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, etc.
- Traditional Ads Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage Out of Home (OOH) campaigns (e.g. billboards, transit ads, digital OOH), Print Media (e.g. Newspaper, and magazines), Radio & TV Ads.
- SEO Strategy and Execution: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings. Optimize copy and create SEO content such as articles.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Develop strategies that seamlessly integrate SEO and advertising efforts for maximum impact.
- Client Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations. Prepare detailed performance reports and deliver actionable insights to drive client success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising and SEO campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
- Expertise in Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in local SEO and geo-targeted ad strategies.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI tools, and programmatic advertising.
