We are seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about recruitment operations and talent acquisition support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to evaluate candidates experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and target sourcing strategies.
- Provide timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Assist in posting job ads, managing candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment metrics.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent sourcing best practices, and hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR coordination.
- Knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations and employment practices is highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
