We are seeking a Recruitment Support Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about recruitment operations and talent acquisition support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to evaluate candidates experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and target sourcing strategies.
  • Provide timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Assist in posting job ads, managing candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent sourcing best practices, and hiring strategies.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR coordination.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations and employment practices is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
