As a Tech Sales Executive, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to ensure that customer requirements are fully met. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver impactful sales strategies will contribute directly to achieving revenue goals and ensuring client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and personalized support.
- Present and demonstrate technology products and solutions to clients, effectively explaining their benefits and use cases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals with clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts.
- Stay up to date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to generate leads and build the brand's presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 3+ years in technology sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of software, SaaS, or other technology solutions.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships and understand customer pain points. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple terms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling B2B technology solutions, particularly SaaS products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in tech-related industries, such as FinTech, AI, Cloud Computing, or Cybersecurity.
- Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
