We are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive on behalf of a client, a Singapore-based firm specializing in immigration consultancy, corporate secretarial, tax, and accounting services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely from Malaysia while supporting businesses in Singapore. As a Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations, and providing advisory services on governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate secretarial duties, including incorporation, board resolutions, and minutes.
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with Singapore's Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
  • Provide advisory services on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Assist with corporate bank account openings and liaise with digital banks.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory documents, such as annual returns and board resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) procedures, and delegation authority policies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in corporate secretarial work, preferably with knowledge of Singapore corporate regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial software and online filing systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
