Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Write or oversee emotionally engaging Mandarin copy that builds trust and drives action
  • Develop creative ad concepts, headlines, and landing pages that convert
  • Segment audiences and test various hooks, formats, and content angles
  • Manage lead forms and funnels to capture, qualify, and nurture prospects
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly and provide actionable insights
  • Stay ahead of Meta Ads Manager updates and best practices
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, content, and ops teams to align on lead conversion goals
  • Maintain a marketing calendar aligned with broader campaigns and seasonal trends

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram ads, focused on lead gen
  • Native-level Mandarin writing and storytelling skills (this is a must!)
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ads, emails, and landing pages
  • Strong grasp of funnel strategy, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (including CAPI, events, campaign structure)
  • Confident in reading data, interpreting results, and optimizing campaigns accordingly
  • Outcome-driven mindset focused on CPL, lead quality, and ROI
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Bonus: Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
