Project Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of AI projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI engineers, developers, designers, stakeholders) to align goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using modern project management tools.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure clear, effective communication across departments.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Deliver timely progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Uphold project management best practices while continuously improving processes and workflows.

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the AI or tech industry.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Aliyun, or Huawei Cloud.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in remote team environments is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is required.
