We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruiting plans, building strong pipelines of qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles and organizational culture.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely feedback and communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning initiatives and talent management programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools is preferred.
