Overview:
We're seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join a Behavioral Health Float Team in Belle Mead, NJ. This position offers the opportunity to work across various units within behavioral health, supporting patients through a range of psychiatric needs during overnight shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
This float role ensures a dynamic work environment, ideal for nurses who thrive on variety and value collaboration. You'll work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend and 3 out of 6 holidays annually. There are no on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various behavioral health units.
- Support a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals and ensure individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with established policies and safety regulations.
- Float between units as required based on staffing needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey RN license
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire)
- At least 6 months of nursing experience OR participation in a nurse residency program
- BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire
