Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Physical Therapy License (preferred)
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Medical specialty in Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, and Sports Medicine.
  • Ability to commute/relocate before starting in New Milford.
