An established civil engineering consultancy in Arizona is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead land development initiatives. This role is pivotal in orchestrating project lifecycles, ensuring client satisfaction, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, and contracts.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, promoting professional growth.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance throughout project phases.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in land development projects, including areas like master-planned communities, subdivisions, and commercial buildings.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona or the ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
