An established and fast-growing law firm specializing in personal injury is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to become a key player in their Charlotte office. This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated legal professional who thrives on client interaction and case management in a high-volume, high-reward environment.
You'll work closely with attorneys and clients to manage cases, streamline communication, and help secure fair outcomes for those impacted by personal injuries. Your commitment to excellent client service and attention to detail will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate consistently with clients to keep them updated on case progress.
• Collect and organize medical and property damage documentation.
• Draft demand packages and assist in preparing settlement proposals for attorney review.
• Prepare calculations for settlements and draft agreements.
• Keep cases moving forward through diligent follow-up and proactive case management.
• Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, correspondence, and managing mail flow.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable in handling 50-60+ active cases
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
