Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote)

Responsible for managing customer invoicing, collections, payment posting, and account reconciliation while ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices.
• Post customer payments accurately.
• Monitor aging reports and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Follow up on past-due balances.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Strong communication and collection skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Excel.
