IntegraOne Solutions is seeking a motivated and professional Remote Appointment Setter to support our sales and business development efforts. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the initial contact process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders as needed.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or call center environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and virtual communication tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote
  • Full-Time or Part-Time (depending on business needs)
