We are currently supporting an international project within the pharmaceutical industry in recruiting an Operational Support professional to strengthen its structure and ensure efficient coordination across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and marketing teams in executing annual plans and commercial initiatives.
  • Track and manage promotional materials, samples, and commercial documentation.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions, meetings, and internal and external events.
  • Ensure daily administrative and logistical support, aligned with the organizations goals.
  • Manage administrative processes, purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing (POs, suppliers, procurement).
  • Support internal and operational communication between Portugal and Spain teams.
  • Promote a collaborative culture, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Solid experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken), and Spanish as a valuable complement.
  • Experience with digital tools and management platforms (such as Coupa, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
