️ What You'll Do:

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate outreach

• Schedule interviews and support with interview prep

• Help maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database

• Collaborate on recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies

• Learn the behind-the-scenes of agency recruiting from intake to offer

What Were Looking For:

• Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruiting

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating emails, spreadsheets, and calendars

• Self-motivated and eager to learn (no prior experience required!)

• Must be available to work part-time with a flexible schedule
