We're Hiring: Screener | Talent Acquisition in the BPO Industry

We're looking for Juniors and entry-level Screeners to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in identifying top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate candidates based on hiring criteria

Review CVs and applications

Conduct pre-screening calls and assessments

Maintain candidate records through ATS

Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from 2022 to 2026

0–1 year of experience in Recruitment, HR, Customer Service, or a related field

C1 English proficiency is a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

- Female employees will leave the office at 10:00 PM and complete the rest of their shift remotely.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
