We are currently looking for an LMS Specialist to support the daily administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System.

What You'll Be Doing
LMS Administration
- Manage the daily configuration, administrative settings, and interface of the LMS.
- Ensure the platform supports the company's branding and learning objectives.
- Manage digital course catalogues, monetization settings, and promotional codes.
- Provide operational support for payment-related errors.
Learning Content and User Management
- Upload, publish, organize, and maintain courses, modules, exams, assessments, and other digital learning materials.
- Review incoming e-learning content packages to ensure they meet the required standards and track learner completion accurately.
- Create, update, and monitor user accounts.
- Manage access levels and role-based permissions for learners, instructors, and managers.
- Manage separate LMS branches or sub-accounts for regional offices or external clients.
- Support localized branding, permissions, and learning paths across different LMS branches.
Technical Support
- Act as the main support contact for learners and instructors experiencing login, access, or course navigation issues.
- Diagnose and resolve functional platform problems.
- Document and escalate complex software issues to the internal IT team or platform vendors when required.
Reporting and Compliance
- Generate and analyse reports related to learner progress, course completion, engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Create customized reports and dashboards based on departmental requirements.
- Monitor platform activity and configuration logs.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of corporate compliance training activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing an LMS or working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English language skills.
