About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who uses AI tools as a core part of the development process to build high-quality, production-ready software quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development, RAG, GraphRAG, graph databases, and LLM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable web applications, APIs, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Use tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude in daily development.
  • Build and optimize RAG, GraphRAG, knowledge graph, and semantic search solutions.
  • Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Review, test, and improve AI-generated code.
  • Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support AI-assisted engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, or Go.
  • Experience building and deploying production web applications and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, GraphDB, or Memgraph.
  • Strong experience with RAG solutions and LLM integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • GraphRAG and knowledge graphs
  • Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or pgvector
  • LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel
  • Next.js, React, FastAPI, ASP.NET Core, or Node.js
  • PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Terraform
  • Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry
