We seek a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator to start immediately. Successful applicants should be committed to engaging with children and families in various ways to facilitate their individual learning styles and show a commitment to continuing their ongoing research and professional growth.

The full-time role would suit someone with experience as a Lead Educator or someone wanting to step into a leadership role. You will be working in the toddler room. This role would suit a candidate who is strong in programming high-quality education programs that empower independent little learners and nurture their inquisitive minds. You will work alongside other experienced and long-standing educators who are genuinely dedicated to the families and the local community.

About you

  • A growth mindset with a love of learning
  • Diploma or higher qualification in children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
  • Prior experience and confidence in leading an age group setting and writing educational programs.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
  • Confidence in building solid relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • The ability to implement stimulating programs and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
