About the service

This beautiful service caters to more than 170 children when at full occupancy and strongly focuses on inclusion. The centre has a very generous amount of space for children to roam and explore. It also features six large rooms and age-appropriate outdoor play areas (with cubby houses, real sandpits, and little gardens). The service is just over three years old and purpose-built.


There is a low staff turnover, as all staff, from Cert III Educators through to ECTs, are paid above award and constantly recognised/supported for their hard work and impact on keeping the service running efficiently.

This service delivers an accredited kindergarten program. These programs are specifically created for fourto five-year-olds and will enable them to work independently and with their friends as they prepare for primary school.


What we are looking for

As the Centre Manager,  your responsibilities extend beyond operational management to cultivate a nurturing and vibrant workplace environment. Your leadership profoundly influences the educational path of the children and staff in your care.

We seek a seasoned leader with experience in similar roles, showcasing adept communication skills to rally, inspire, and empower a team of dedicated early childhood educational professionals who will be instrumental in crafting the learning atmosphere for our children and building strong family connections.

You will have strong business acumen, be quick to make decisions and be a source of inspiration to every team member.

About you:

  • At least a Diploma in Early Childhood or above
  • At least two/three years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong NQS, EYLF, QKLG, MTOP and CCS knowledge.
  • Positive experience(s) with Assessment and Rating, including developing and maintaining a QIP
  • A natural ability to lead, develop and empower the team
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • An ability to think outside the box to solve problems
