A typical day will involve:
- Nurture Young Minds: Create and implement engaging learning experiences for children

Role requirements
- Completed Cert III or Diploma in Child Services (no graduate diplomas at this time)
- Sound knowledge of NQF, VEYLDF, EYLF, and NQS
- Experience working in a long daycare environment
- Ability to work a rotating roster from 07:30-6:00 pm
Additionally, it is highly desirable if you have:
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Exceptional programming, observation, and documentation skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and care
