About the service

Join one of Melbourne's most established and highly regarded early learning services.

Privately owned and operated, this Exceeding-rated service has built a reputation for educational quality, workforce stability, and exceptional care over many years. Families often remain on waiting lists for extended periods, while educators are attracted to a workplace culture that genuinely values professional practice.

The centre operates with above-ratio staffing and a collaborative team structure that allows educators to focus on what matters most — building meaningful relationships with children, engaging in intentional teaching, and creating high-quality learning experiences.

Unlike many services where time pressures can make reflection and documentation challenging, educators here are provided with the support, resources, and staffing needed to thoughtfully plan, observe, and respond to children's interests and development.

Professional judgement is trusted. New ideas are welcome. Experienced educators are encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement rather than simply follow established routines.

What makes this service particularly unique is its long-term commitment to quality. Excellence is not something prepared for during Assessment and Rating visits. It is embedded into daily practice through strong leadership, investment in educator wellbeing, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional outcomes for children and families.

This is an opportunity to join a team where high standards are matched by genuine support, stability, and respect for the important work early childhood educators do every day.

Why educators stay

  • Strong educator retention and stability
  • Consistently full enrolments and extended waitlists
  • Above-ratio staffing across all age groups
  • Dedicated off-site retreat and planning facilities
  • Significant investment in resources and professional development
