Your role as an Early Childhood Teacher

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to design and implement engaging, child-centred learning programs. Your enthusiasm for teaching will be the driving force in helping young children develop a love of learning. You'll work closely with families to ensure each child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Additionally, youll mentor and guide your team, helping shape high-quality educational practices across the centre.

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Twelve months of experience in a long daycare setting.
• Full-time availability and the ability to work on a rotating roster.
• ACT Teacher Registration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for making learning fun.
• Strong understanding of the planning cycle and early learning frameworks.
