Your new work environment

The kindergarten group has a separate building, with a terrific outdoor space and communal dining hall. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will benefit from an over-ratio room with experienced Educators all sharing a high level of ECE&C knowlege.  The Kindy team comprises three experienced Diploma Educators, another full-time Kindergarten Teacher and a highly skilled Lead Educator.

What we need from you

Our perfect candidate will ooze passion for their practices, be dedicated, confident, and well-versed in contemporary early childhood pedagogy and practice. In addition, we also require:

• Completion of an ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree (or higher) - Grad Dips need not apply. 
• Experience working in a high-performing role in a similar setting
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
