About your new role

As a Room Leader, you will support and nurture your team, enabling them to inspire a love of learning in the children and fostering their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.

The brand new centre is a sight to behold, boasting natural surroundings, including a lush green outdoor space with a vegetable garden and terrific indoor spaces adorned with natural elements. It's a place where children can develop strength and self-confidence and where you can find inspiration in every corner.

What we need from you

  • Experience leading a team of educators or a natural ability to
  • A completed ACECQA-approved Diploma (or above)
  • A confident and articulate communicator who is team-orientated.
  • A good problem solver and can think on your feet
  • Skilled in documentation, observation and recording of children's ongoing learning
  • Ability to work to a rotating roster 06:30-6:00 Monday to Friday
