What to expect:
A typical day at one of our partner centres feels organised, calm, and genuinely supportive. You start your shift knowing precisely what the room plan looks like, who you are working with, and that your breaks will actually be covered. Mornings begin with a quick team check-in, followed by slow, responsive routines that give educators time and resources to design meaningful experiences rather than rushing.
Throughout the day, you can rely on stable teammates, behaviour support when you need it, and leaders who step in rather than step back. Planning time is scheduled and protected, families are warm and engaged, and the work feels purposeful because you are not constantly firefighting.
It is the kind of environment where you finish the day feeling valued, not drained.
You will be joining a genuinely supportive team that prioritises professional development, wellbeing and meaningful relationships. Educators enjoy above award wages, strong pathways for growth, mentoring, and a home-away-from-home culture where your voice and strengths matter.
About you:
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)
- Current Queensland Blue Card
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Understanding of or willingness to follow Red Nose safe sleep guidelines
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Minimum one year of experience working in a similar environment
